Brewed with ten different malts, including Pilsner, Munich, Chocolate and Smoked Barley, it’s rich, smooth and deeply roasted, with notes of dark chocolate, coffee and very gentle smoke. Infused with whisky barrel wood, it carries a subtle warmth and a hint of sweetness that rounds everything together - a proper winter comfort beer at 5.8% ABV.

Hand pulled half pint at the New Inn, Newport Shropshire on 13th January 2026. Black bodied, tanned top. Decent malty Porter, not really that 'infused' with whisky but it's very drinkable and I liked it.
