A classic malty West Coast IPA hopped with Chinook and Simcoe for pine, resin, and citrus flavours. A range of dark roasted crystal malts adds complex dried fruit and caramel notes with a beautiful red-brown hue.

Pours like a Red IPA with a rocky off white head on a reddish brown coloured body.
Pine, resinous & berry aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth & creamy with a short sharp dry clean back.
Pine, onion, resin, red berry & bitter citrussy tastes with a hopped up finish.
A bit off the mark on the style but a cracking IPA.

440ml can. Quite a dark amber colour, slightly hazed, with a beige head. Aroma of grapefruit, pine, toffee/caramel malt. Taste follows suit with grapefruity and piney hops, citrus pith and peel, some sweet caramel and toffee, strong bitter finish. Medium bodied. Excellent westie that almost veers into Red IPA territory.

Cans from Great Grog and Lupe Pintos. Amber body with a faint haze and a thin off-white head. Steady carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of toffee, straw and pine. Flavour of strawberry, earth and caramel. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. This is very good and not too dissimilar to Sierra Nevada’s Celebration. I really liked this.
