Tasting at Matt’s
Pale color, hazy, with sparse head. Strong aroma of common honey, flowery, almost medicinal. Dry, some flowers and honey, some yeast, some herbs (rosemary).
When it tastes so much like raw cheap honey it’s not mead. Poorly executed not totally offensive.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy yellow with a small white head. Nose brings out cheap watery honey -- uh oh, this doesn't smell good. Flavour is rather vile to be honest. This isn't a mead at all, really; just a cheap artificial honey-flavoured alcopop of some sort. Rather gross.

Bottle at the Charlottesville Tasting shared by Travlr, thanks! Clear pale yellow almost a clear water color, off-white head. Aromas of light honey and floral. Tastes of light honey, dishwater, soap. Light body with a dry finish.

Babyfood banana custard aroma. Clear pale yellow, sparkling. Tapioca and lemon. Light spritzy body. Weird and probably not something I would seek out.
