Another addition of the Really Silly DIPA series. This is one of those beers that costs so much to make that it’s purely for fun and not a beer made with my financial head screwed on. Completely saturated in the most intense hops the world grows. Using that USA DIPA method of overstepping what’s drinkable. Give us your thoughts. Mosaic, Citra and Krush.

Can. A mild haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth and very slightly viscous start to the palate, good fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Light pale malts, a pretty forward sweetness, a little overcooked for me. Smooth cooling pine. Light cooling pine. Soft but rich stone fruits, a mild ripeness. Decent rounded citrus and mild candy fruits. Light finish. On paper, this should sing. It is very good but lacks that bit of fairy dust.
