Patient Little Fire is a Smoked Helles Lager that undergoes extended conditioning in our lager cellar. Pouring a brilliant golden color, it carries notes of fresh-baked bread, clean lager yeast, straw, and whispers of campfire smoke.

Its long rest in stainless results in a striking clarity, softness in character, and tight carbonation with sticky meringue-like foam. It is thoughtful, elegant, and packed with nuance and character.

Little Fire is a delicate union of smoke and malt; packaged at peak crispness, its flavorful profile and nostalgic aromas give way to an exceptionally clean finish.

Winter 2026 can drunk 3/2/26.
Big honey-and-apple in the nose from the mix of base malt and woodsmoke, I guess. Dry, twiggy, with an ashy tinge and no salted bacon in sight. Big mineral, distinctive lager yeast and nice crispness on the end.
Malty and flavorful with no huge smokiness. Lots of pepper on the finish with light earth, big honey-like pils malt and a bit of herbal hop character. I think I'm wanting even more dryness/crispness/bitterness.

Pours a very lightly hazy, pale golden yellow, with mid-sized head. Aroma has some smoke, some grass, a touch of hops. Flavors follow. Clean, crisp mouthfeel.
