Fiery rose in colour, unfiltered and slightly hazy, with a light pink head that fizzes away quickly. On the nose there’s a strong presence of lactic sourness and cranberry tartness upfront, followed by a touch of mixed berries and mild earthiness. The palate brings forth fresh tart cranberry, tart acidity, musty yeast, citrus rind and more understated earthy herbalness. The carbonation is moderate to support the light to medium body, and the tart/sour essences lead into a semi-dry finish

Dec 27 2022: A lightly pink golden ale with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, tart mix of ground cherry and cranberries, light grassy hops, light mineral notes, OK. In mouth, sweet yet tart mix of ground cherry and cranberries, light acidity, Epsom salts, pleasant. On tap at brewery. Nov 30 2021: A red copper ale with light rosy hues and a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light cranberry, light acidity, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity tart mix of cranberry, light acidity, light Epsom salts, pleasant. On tap at brewery.
