Created to showcase the prowess of a single hop per batch, our Monogamy IPA series has been an integral part of Bellwoods for almost a decade. More recently we decided to shine a light on the tropically-inspired New Zealand hop varieties, which is also when we learned that Kiwi birds mate with one partner for life! The rest, as the old story goes, is ˜HiStOrY˜.

The latest batch of this bright hoppy beer is made with Riwaka hops, which impart notes of ruby red grapefruit, candied apricot, and fresh-cut grass.
