Brewed with Milk Sugar | Conditioned on Marshmallows, Chocolate, Graham Cracker, & Vanilla

We are continuing our collaboration with our brewing buddies @bolerosnort this year with the release of an even bigger and more chocolatey confectionary stout - Bake Sale: S’mores Brownie.

This nitro dessert stout was brewed with a base of English Maris Otter malt layered with heaps of golden toasted oats, dark specialty grains, and a touch of milk sugar.

After fermentation, we conditioned this velvety brew on a mountain of Ghanaian cacao nibs, marshmallows, graham cracker, and creamy Madagascar vanilla.

When Smash Poured into a proper pint glass, the tiny, cascading, nitrogen bubbles rise to the top in mesmerizing fashion, forming a long-lasting head of frothy, beige foam billowing with appetizing bake shop aromas.

We get notes of toasty s’mores, brownie batter, rich chocolate fudge, graham cracker, brown sugar, and golden browned marshmallows.
