Bottle at RBWG Grand Tasting. Pours a clear amber with small white head that lasts. The aroma is dank and citrus. Medium body, juicy hop, grapefruit pith, pine, light bitterness, very good.

Bottle shared during the RBWG 2015 Grand Tasting. Pours clear, rich gold with a fluffy, white head. Pretty nice citrusy hops in the nose, some accents of grapefruit, a bit of papaya. Medium sweet flavor with light pine, pithy citrus, some pale grains. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish with more pith, dry pale bread, pine. Not bad.

Bomber bottled on 3/13. (hand numbered) Slightly hazy orange under a tall, creamy, off-white head. Citrus and pine hop aroma. Well balanced flavor between the malt and the hops but this could pass as an APA. Decent beer with no flaws, just lacks adventure. This came off the store shelf about 10 days ago, might be tired.

Bottle at RBWG ’15 Grand Tasting @ Coppertail, thanks to whomever shared this one, 21/02/15. Orange amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose is pine, orange pith, citric sherbets, light melon. Taste comprises caramel, pine needle, bitter grapefruit, citric shreds, earthy hop. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Solid IPA - DIPA?

Pours hazy dark burnt orange color with off white head. Aromas of caramel, pine, and citrus. Malt forward flavor with some pine and citrus with lots of bitterness. Medium body with average carbonation. Decent beer, but too malty for an IPA for me.

Tangerine aroma with grapefruit underneath. Cloudy copper, thick sticky yellow head. Honeycomb, overripe orange, wood, lemongrass. Full body, easy carbonation. Big and well balanced, as malty as it is hoppy.

Sample at the Southern Filling Station. Pours clear orange, with a thin, beige head. Citrus, harsh resin, rye, and pine. Very bitter, with a fair malt backbone. Heavy, sticky, and very astringent. Unpleasantly bitter, and overly harsh.

Drafts from notes. Citrus all up in it. Sweet citrus to start which moves to bitter citrus at the end. I’d call this one a winner.
