French for "good times", as in "let the good times roll" as they say in New Orleans, Bon Temps IPA was made to celebrate Mardi Gras and our annual crawfish boil. It was brewed with jalepenos in the boil, which comes through in the aroma, but it is a more subtle in the flavor. It is a little spice, a little bitter, and well balanced. It's perfect for a Fat Tuesday crawfish boil.

Keg at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2015. Pours deep orange-gold with a foamy, white head. OK stuff, lots of green pepper, some bready malts, a hint of pine. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Modest heat in the finish. Novel.

Keg at the brewery druing RBWG Booze Buseday 20/02/15. Hazed orange amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose is peppery, toffee, musty notes, light spice, sweet tunes. Taste comprises dark fruit rinds, green pepper, spice, fruit loaf, white pepper. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for style.

Enjoyed at the 3 Daughters brewery stop of the rbwg2015 bus tour. Poured up on tap where it exhibits a slightly hazy copper body that supports a thin near white head. The aroma offers up a good load of fresh chili peppers and capsaicin smelling burn and really very little else. The taste is similar with lots of chili pepper flavor and only a modest burn. There is little in the way of beer coming through here but it is a fun experience nonetheless.
