Brewed using solar power equipment and only hops grown on-site, local malt and fermented and matured for 2 years in 600L 30 year old cognac barrels. This is a Spontaneously fermented beer meaning No yeast was added at any point in the brewing process.

Can bought from the brewery. Opaque amber. Frothy bubbly white head is short-lived. Aroma has a vinous tang and a fruity and Cognac edge. Flavourwise it sour, tart, and dry with it. Hints of juice sweetness. Alsk booze from the barrel. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft lazily fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Slips down nicely.
