Card Break is a Single IPA that pours a hazy yellow color with a rising cloud of foam! Utilizing a blend of hand-selected American hops, it fills the air with notes of fruit and pine! Amarillo and Mosaic lead with sweet aromas of blueberry jam, mango juice, and ripe peaches. Following behind, Centennial gives a burst of zesty citrus notes and pine resin. If you came here for hops, it's your lucky day.

The collectors gamble; each team is divvied between the eager contestants. As the foil is split and names are shuffled into view, hearts are pounding through their chests. Gold prospectors sifting through the silt for a holographic shimmer, a clip of cloth, a sliver of a bat, or a rookie with a bright future. A whole lot of patience and just one lucky break.

Canned 1/16/26, from Chalumeaux, drunk 2/17/26. Thanks, TJ!
Lots of lemon, papaya, lychee and melon here. Smells more tropical than what I'd expect from these hops. But the rich, honey-like malt and yeast could be to "blame" for that. Either way, it's balanced and aromatic with no resin or overt woodiness from the Amarillo. I don't think I'd pick out Mosaic in a million years here, either. No scallion whatsoever and minimal telltale blueberry.
Soft and juicy with a pinch of bready malt. Bit of pine and light grapefruit from the Amarillo with a touch of woody bitterness. Yellow fruits and a touch of floral blueberry from Mosaic with excellent bitterness without being overdone. No idea how there is Centennial in this. There's hardly any real pine/grapefruit here at all and zero resin. After having a lot of 7%, 7.9%, 10.6% and 8.5% TH IPAs recently, I can honestly say this is just about as rich and flavorful as all of them. Really nice balance.

Pours a moderately hazy, pale lemon yellow, with rather smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit, with some pine and hops. Flavors follow, along with hop resin. Mouthfeel seems about right for the style. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish. I'm liking it.
