To celebrate Baltic Porter Day 2026, we present this rich, dark beer, fermented at a low temperature with an additional four weeks of lagering.
Roasted malts give freshly roasted coffee, a thick molasses sweetness and a sprinkle of dried fruits. Saaz in the kettle offers a balanced bitterness and lightly spicy herbaceousness. Clean and crisp yet also rich indulge in a depth of flavour created by beautifully grown ingredients.

Can ordered from Left Field Beer. Fancied a lager for Eng - Arg but will settle for a Baltic Porter. Dark and glossy. Cola tinge. Thick foamy creamy beige head. Aroma has a tangy berry streak with a cacao core. Flavourwise it's got a rather bitter core - cacao, wood and liqourice. Herbal. Frutier but tangy edge. Underlying yeastiness. Medium bodied. Slick to oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry astringent finish. Good.

TCBW2026. Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is nutty, chocolaty and some caramel tones with a mild herbal touch to it as well. Flavour is quite similar. Very mellow and hides the 8 % very well.

440ml can. Pours black with a dense creamy beige head, well retained. Aroma of dark malts, chocolate, molasses, brown sugar, light roast. Taste of chocolate, roast malts, molasses, brown sugar, dried fruits, some bitterness. Medium-full bodied.

Can at home picked up from 73 Enid Street. A opaque black brown coloured pour with a lively light tan head. Aroma is nice woody roast, dry roast, char, apple, clean. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty roast, char, dry earthy roast, char, woody notes. clean, some dried fruits. Palate is semi sweet, oily, slick, light spicy, mellow carbonation.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Black body with a thick beige head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of dumpling and roasted malt. Flavour of dark chocolate and nuts. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. This is really good. The aroma in particular reminded me a lot of Celebrator.

Appearance is black, opaque, with a 1-2 finger thick beige head. Aroma- toasty malt, coffee, chocolate hints, bit of caramel and biscuit. Taste is chocolate, caramel hints, coffee grounds, toast, brown sugar, dark malts, hop bitterness. Herbal notes. Nice and dark, actually tastes less than 8%.
