Draft at the brewery bar. Pours rich brown with a foamy tan head. Nice roasted malt aroma, coffee, cocoa. Light sweet flavor with a bit of ashy roast, bittersweet cocoa, coffee grounds, scorched earth. Light bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Balanced finish, fairly dry, with more cocoa and ash. Excellent mild.
