West Coast Pilsner brewed in collaboration with The Brew Shop for their tenth anniversary with Mosaic, Strata and Chinook hops. Notes of grapefruit, stone fruit, orange rind and a pleasant dank finish.
"But the Irish are said to be a happy people, full of jokes."
"There's your pidgin and your queue. They're not, they're a dark people with a gift for suffering way past their deserving. It's said that without whiskey to soak and soften the world, they'd kill themselves. But they tell jokes because it's expected of them." John Steinbeck - Soften The World

Nonic pint at the brewery. Light hazy over a greenish gold body. Lacing white head. Nose has stone fruits and lime, lightly catty, some grass, light grist. Flavor amps the grass and cattiness. Green. Dry, bitter with a nice bite. A little jasmine. Good beer and really grew on me.
