There's a clock ticking for this robust, not quite black stout, with plenty of roasted character - the wine and cheese tasters take over this venue in 30 minutes. The hop additions in this one are noticeable, whilst rich chocolate is certainly a plus too in both aroma and taste.

Deep dark brown, near black with a frothy than head and a sweet coffee aroma with a hint of chocolate. Smooth and a little creamy, roasted malt with dry coffee bitterness, a touch of sweet chocolate and a very dry, bitter finish.
