Growler shared at RBWG ’15 Grand Tasting @ Coppertail, thanks to whomever shared this one, 21/02/15. Extremely dark mahogany brown topped with a moderate tan swirl. Nose is musty wood, toffee, tobacco, spice. Taste comprises sticky toffee, sweet and sour notes, light wood, spice, dark malts, touch of chocolate. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but lacks depth for the ABV.

Bottle. Pours dark brown. Nose/taste of toffee, caramel, dark fruit, raisins and plum. Medium body.

Sampled at RBWG 2015 in Tampa, Grand Tasting. Dark maroon brown color, tan head. Aroma of plums, dates, raisins. Taste has prunes, plums, booze. Decent.

Draught at Cycle Brewing on January 22, 2014.Clear dark red to black color, brown head. Sweet, alcohol, raisin, chocolate scent. Sweet, alcohol taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Sweet, chocolate, roasted scent.
