We broke apart our Black IPA and rebuilt it from the inside out. Dismantled blends the roasted malt depth of a black ale with the crisp precision of lager yeast fermented warm, creating a dark yet refreshingly bright beer.

473mL can. Pours black with a beige head. Crisp pine, resin, and toasted malts on the nose. Flavour has a great resinous hop expression, crisp pine, and a toasty malt base. Solid black IPA.

473mL can, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has a nice bold roasted malt character, along with robust earthy hops, and some pine. Flavour is fairly bitter and dry, with tons of dry toasted malt, touch of roast, and big bitter piney hops. Nice bitter and toasty finish. Great stuff.

Dark brown. Medium head. Aroma is all about the roast and pine. Bitter, off-dry, with just some toffee notes to balance some of the toastiness. Finishes with a whack of pine.
