750ml bottle, present from Margaret. Sparkling orangey golden colour, bubbly off-white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, fruity, appley, with barrel notes, wood, oak, vanilla, some funk and drying tannin. Medium bodied, spirtzy carbonation, dry woody tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
