This very original beer has a golden deep color and a slight hazy appearance, while the head is fine and persistent. It release a kaleidoscope of scents that blend into one, pleasant bouquet of fruity, resinous and woody notes, with a subtle touch of incense: a surprise each time the glass is brought to the nose.
The taste of cereals stands out and anticipates notes of apricot, hazelnut and honey. An explosion of tastes brought together by the freshness of ginger and slight hints of citrus fruits, before finishing with notes of spices and malt.

hazy dark golden to orange colour, moderate sized dense off-white head, which disappears fully within a few minutes; aroma of apple, gains, earthy and slight ginger notes;taste of sweet malty notes, some earth, hints of apple and ginger; good one

Pours with very little head and slight fog on a gold body. Soft camembert aroma, some wheat, all very subtle. Flavour is ripe oranges, slight cracker sweetness. Oddly fruity but also bready. Interesting mix that makes it redreshing. Abv is invisible.

33cl bottle on a Frecciabianca train, in Italy. Pours opaque brown with fine whitish foam, low. Aroma is set and spiced, with licorice stick, hazelnut. Body is somehow dense with average carbonation. Taste is strongly sweet, but spiced, with moderate bitterness. Finish is just above average.
