Sat a long minute in the back of the beer fridge. Found this on last year's Houston work trip. Mojito glass back home.

Filtered, bright, pale to medium gold with a greasy ring of lace.
Subtle, candied watermelon nose.
Medium-high sweetness, sharp initial apple wine, added malic acid, big carb. Unfortunately then comes the melted green apple & watermelon Jolly Rancher dominating through the finish.

How can a place that makes great beer, morally allow themselves to make that caters to palate-less children? Even my wife, who loves candy, hates the artificialness of it.
