Keg at the brewery during RBWG ’15, 20/02/15. Lightly hazed reddish amber with a decent beige covering. Nose is caramel malt, rye bread, pinem red grapefruit. Taste comprises biter citric peel, grapefruit, mineral notes, straw, light pine, caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with earthy hop bitterness. Decent enough tackle.

Draft at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2015. Pours clear gold with a creamy white head. Floral and lightly grassy hops in the nose with nips of rye spice. Light-medium sweet flavor with piney hops, citrus. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Lightly resinous to finish, more citrus, some bread. Very nice.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a crystal clear deep gold body that has copper hues and supports a nice tight light tan head of foam. The aroma is nice and hoppy with tangerine and grapefruit as well as some floral hops and a light rye like spiciness. The taste is full with citrus and some pine hops where a bit of rye twang is running around the edge of the experience. Behind the hops is a firm pale ale maltiness that has a thin roasty edge. Nice, loads of flavor.
