Keg at the brewery taproom during RBWG 2015. Pours rich gold with a foamy, off-white head. Moderately sweet, notes of toasted grains, some caramel, subtle leafy hops. Light bodied with average carbonation. Further toasted malt sweetness in the finish. Serviceable.

Draft pour enjoyed at 3 Daughters, St Pete. Clean and clear copper pour, soft soda fizz head. Near absent aroma, subtle nutty grain. Cool flavor, a nutty, maple like grain, malt gentle finish. A good lager here, and a unique taste to have on draft on the opposite side of the usual calendar release. Tasty.

Enjoyed at the 3 Daughters brewery stop of the rbwg2015 bus tour. Poured up on tap where it exhibits a clear copper body that supports a thin white head. The modest aroma offers up sweet malts and sweet caramel malts and then a little apple. The taste delivers loads of raisin, prunes and apple like sweet fruitiness. It gets a bit spicy with yeast to midway as a caramel malt note comes to the surface. Overall on the sweet side.
