Ripe apricot and honey notes play on the nose. On the palate, a balanced interplay of malt body and hop aroma develops.

Bottle picked up from Markgrafen-Getränkemarkt, Bodenmais consumed at home Sunday 18th January 2026, listening to Snocaps - Snocaps, we had an Indian meal of Chicken Chasni, Rajma, Puri, Indian Arancini balls. Pours mid gold with a large white head that didn't last long. There's a little bit of honey on the nose so I am in agreement with the description on that front, however not picking up apricot or indeed any stone fruit, there's a little bit of glue or something similar. Taste is solid, sweet maltiness honey again, a touch of bitterness. Quite good if a bit simplistic. Score 6.8
