This deep golden lager is crafted with New England grown, floor-malted barley from Valley Malt (Holyoke, MA) and Blue Ox Malt (Lisbon Falls, ME) - both of which provide a backbone of honey-covered biscuits and pie crust, balanced by a light bitterness and subtle notes of grapefruit and herbal tea from locally-grown Crystal hops from Four Star Farms (Northfield, MA). The result? A well-balanced, easy-drinking lager that allows you explore the flavors of our local terroir.

4 oz draft. Slightly unclear golden appearance. Flavor of grapefruit, mild grain, soft lemon. Nice crisp texture. Ends clean. Refreshing.
