This copper-hued lager showcases 100% locally grown and malted New England grains — including Danko Rye (Valley Malt) plus Golden Triticale and Crystal Rye (Blue Ox Malting Co.) — giving it layers of earthy spice, soft sweetness, and hints of molasses and maple. Balanced by floral, citrusy hops (including fresh whole-cone Cascade from the Tuck Museum & Hampton Historical Society!), this one’s a love letter to local farms and flavor.

4 oz draft. Shows an unclear copper color. Subtle aroma of grain. Flavor is mild earthy grain, light maple, very mild bitterness. Lighter body with a light lingering earthy hint.
