On tap at Brocach. Pours a near clear amber brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of rye and cherry with spices and a bit sweetness underlying. Flavor has rye and spice with sweet cherry and dates supporting.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Joes. Clear red-brown color, quickly diminishing beige head. Aroma is liquor, vanilla, cocos. Taste lightly malts, liquor, alcohol, vanilla, grapepeel, sweetish, again vanilla and wood with some alcohol come through. Medium to full body, medium carbonation. Not exactly my thing but pretty good.

Nose is bitter fruit peel, cherry skins, red berry tang, light spice. Taste comprises tarte cherry, light acidics, spice, straw. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a lick of booze and bitterings. Ok.

Enjoyed from bottle at a friends place in Chicago, IL, first beer after a 3 week flu absence. Appearance is a murky brown with a rich frothy tan head that laces to the glass. Aroma of cherry, booze, sweetness, caramel, lots going on. Taste goes down syrupy, sour cherry, rich, very sweet, overall it's not bad, not something I could drink a bottle of though.

Bus bottle during RBWG 2014 in Tampa. Nice aroma of spiced gingerbread. Flavor resembles tikka masala brownies. I wish there were such a thing!
