Can as 3 Daughters Rod Bender. Amber/brown, clear with the tiniest bit of off-white head. Caramel apple smell with a touch of resin. Taste starts sweet but there’s bitterness further on with an artificial plastic note. Bitter/astringent and plastic finish with woody and medicinal notes in the aftertaste. There are issues but it’s ok all in all.

In cans from Publix as Rod Bender. Basically a red ale. Malty/grainy, a touch of roasted nuts. Clean, velvety palate. Earthy. Mild hopping, balanced bitterness with a hint of earthy and peppery hop flavors. Very british. Decent. Cloudy amber, modest head.
