Keg at the brewery during RBWG 2015. Pours perfectly clear yellow with a small, foamy white head. Lightly sweet with mellow lemony tang, low acidity, nips of pale bread. Light bodied with average carbonation. Reasonably clean finish, more subtle lemony bite. Simple but fine.

Keg at the brewery, RBWG ’15, 20/02/15. Clear golden with a moderate off whtie covering. Nose is light pissoi, lemon rind, funk, citric peel, straw. Taste comprises tangy lemon, light sour edge, touch of acidity, faint balsa wood. Medium body, fine carbonation, light acidity and puckering effects at the curtain call. Ok simple sour.

Enjoyed at the 3 Daughters brewery stop of the rbwg2015 bus tour. Poured up on tap where it exhibits a crystal clear gold body that supports a near white head of foam. The aroma offers up soured citrus, some acidic notes and then a mild bready near sour mash sensation. The taste starts with a rush of soured citrus and tart vinegar. Behind that lurks faint sour mash like notes. Decent offering but . . . that little vinegar note was somewhat distracting.
