This beer was first fermented for two weeks in stainless steel with Lithuanian farmhouse yeast, then spent months in a French Oak barrel with 5 strains of wild yeast (Brettanomyces), and then finished with a third fermentation with French saison yeast in the bottle/keg. Naturally conditioned.

Bottle. Big white head on top of a cloudy tan body. Funky, dried out aroma. A lot going on. Bright, lively carbonation. There are some odd tones from the Saison yeast that I don't really enjoy. Odd wine notes as well. Good body, but not that enjoyable overall to me.
