This Festbier was brewed in collaboration with our friends from Burial Beer Co. and Zillicoah Beer Co. By sourcing small-batch malts from Epiphany Craft Malt and Stone Path Malt, we've brought together the regional flavors of the Northeast with NC. After hopping with classic German hops, it was then foeder-aged for six weeks to bring out a lingering depth of character.

Freshie from the Hot Spot gas station. Not the nice one. Pint at home.
Vibrant pale gold, frothy, sticky lace.
Sharp malt, very subtle banana, creamy yeast.
Crisp, strong bitter edge, dry grain, pancake mix, very slight peanut, some very mellow clove & black pepper.
Twas okay but a little too estery.
