Dragonfruit Sour
Draconis is a fruited sour ale infused with vivid dragonfruit, delivering a striking magenta hue and a refreshing balance of tartness and subtle tropical sweetness. The fruit’s delicate character layers over a soft, lightly acidic base, creating a beer that’s as captivating to look at as it is to drink. A blend of long-aged mixed culture beers, Draconis combines Slow Lane’s traditional fermentation approach with an exotic fruit twist.

5kth 'strayan rating. Can. Glowing red, small pinkish head. Aroma of old lemons, wheaty crackers. Would have guessed berries rather than dragonfruit. It's not a strong flavour and it really accents the mellow sour beer. Just a little cordial-like sweetness. No particular finish. Much deeper than I guessed it was going to be.
