Bag in box direct from the cidery to my hoose. It pours clear pale gold with a some bubbles. The aroma is sweet - sour, crisp, crunchy apple, apple pie with custard, frangipane, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, mustard, sweaty and farmyard filth. The taste is initially pretty smooth and fruity, then switches to bone dry and tannic, white wine , dry wood, apple skin, spicy, leathery, some funk, mango, pineapple, gooseberry and well hidden alcohol with drying and tanning finish. Medium body and soft mouth feel. Interesting and quaffable.
