Draft at Southern Brewing before the RBWG 2015 Grand Tasting. Murky dark brown with tan head. Aromas of light pear, chocolate, caramel, light peppers, marshmallow fluff. Tastes of chocolate, fudge, caramel. Medium-full body with a dry finish. Tasty.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a black with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roasted malt, chocolate, and sweet finish. Medium mouth with nice roast and spice, raisin, dark fruit. Good.

Draft at the source. Opaque black, thick brown head with good retention and lacing. Nice vanilla and cocoa aroma. Taste is rich vanilla and chocolate with just a touch of peppers. Nice.
