Clear dark brown beer, small - no, tiny beige little head, non adhesive. Aroma: ooh nice, subtle spice notes, cinnamon, some chocolate, a hint of nutmeg, some dried fruits, gentle roast. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lovely, nice spiciness, but not over the top, alcohol, chocolate, lots of cinnamon, some cloves, some dried fruits, caramel, good bitterness keeping a balance. Aftertaste: dark chocolate, lots of alcohol, warming spices, cloves, cinnamon, caramel, chocolate, more alcohol, nice bitterness, very pleasant, spicy, lovely stuff.
