Ausgewählte Hopfen, wie der berühmte Hallertauer Aromahopfen „Tradition“, und unser weiches Wasser aus eigenem Brunnen sorgen für ein feinherbes Pils mit intensiver Hopfenblume, ganz nach Nürnberger Art.

Draught (from the new self-cooling keg) sample at a beer festival in kibbutz Ma’abarot, May ’08. Straw color. Hoppy, quite grassy aroma. Sweetish flavor with malt and bread and a bitter hoppy finish. Rather light-bodied. Not bad.

On tap. Clear, golden beer with a white head. The nose was quite weak, containing of grain, hay and hops. Quite weak flavor as well, grainy and hoppy, but not so much bitterness until the end, which is crisp and bitter. Medium, quite fizzy mouthfeel. A clean and refreshing beer, but a bit anonymous. (Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a nice, white head leaving laces. Fresh, hoppy aroma. Medium body with a good malt base but overwhelmingly dominated by a fairly bitter hoppiness. Some bready notes. 211206

Frischer, minimal malziger Antrunk. Im Mittelteil feinherb mit deutlich würziger Note, außerdem fällt eine gewisse Getreidigkeit auf. Die Würze bleibt auch im Abgang bestehen und ist stärker als der bittere Unterton. Nicht unbedingt ein Knaller, Durchschnitt. Test vom 25.12.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,8,8,8,7,8 - 8,05

(bottle) Clear yellow colour with a mid-sized foamy and stable white head. Floral hoppy aroma with a tinge of light-sweet maltiness and cake dough. Bitter flavour, medium to light bodied, crispy mouthfeel. Light-sweet initial malty taste with a shy note of citrus-fruits, dry and medium-bitter floral and herbal hoppy finish. Clean, decent German Pils, which is above being average.
