Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 7
Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Hugely foamy, hazy golden body. Heaps of brett in the dry aroma, floral notes, but mainly brett and more brett, bit herbal. Lean, dry, soft taste, light wheaty notes maybe, but some brett and funk is all there is. Good really!

Tap at Zichovec Winter Affair 2026. Grassy, earthy. Actually rustic, works well. Bitter, a bit astringent. Nice.
