Belgian Golden Strong Ale
This Rustic is inspired by some hop forward strong ales we all love, brewed in the region of Flanders. It was fermented in a open vessel by our evolutionary population of wild microorganisms that were left by spontaneous population in our cellar. It shows a thick and firm foam, a fruity and hoppy aroma and a rustic complexity in the taste. As it ages, the beer may develop a distinct level of sourness that adds to its complexity and character.

Tap at Winter Affair 2026. Golden body, white head. Slightly oxidized caramelly malty aroma. Sweet malty backbone, herbal, dusty, lasting bitterness... errr... unsure how Belgian it is, mostly noted the malty notes, some phenolics maybe, but I kinda liked it anyway.

Tap at Zichovec Winter Affair 2026. Too much apple, which is typical for tripel. Non great, non terrible.
