Draft @ Ulele. Ambrée, fin col blanc/beige. Arôme offre un bouquet léger et mielleux, rétro malté, pâle et cara pour un rétro nasal houblonné restant, ici aussi, d’une inspiration noble; fleurie et citronnée. Palais est malté pâle et cara, touche douce de miel et un léger profil biscuité. Amertume est modérée capitonnée avec encore un caractère noble. Le miellux est présent sur la fin sans être trop doux.

Draft at Ulele before the RBWG 2015 welcome event. Clear orange with off-white head. Aromas of honey, apples, stone fruit. Tastes of honey, wheat, apples. Medium-light body with a dry finish.
