Twenty years inside. I wanted cured meats. I compromised. I noshed grilled cheese off the radiator instead. Who ate all the gabagool? We cooked up this delicacy with our Raleigh neighbors at Crude Bitters and Alimentari at Left Bank Butchery for The Exhibit's 7th Anniversary. Mashed with wheat. Whirlpooled with Loza Farms Amarillo, Zumo, and Adeena. Double dry-hopped with Motueka, NZ Cascade, Riwaka, and Motueka Cryo.

Very dry, with a cracker malt base underneath layers of grapefruit, orange zest, pith, passionfruit, and pine, with a firm pine-mineral bitterness on the back end laced with a slight earthy dank note. Delicious.
