750ml bottle from Rull Orchard. Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple, fruit, wood, earth, funk. Taste is sweetish, appley, fruity, tangy, with a baked apple hint, some woody funk, alittle tartness and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium dry tart and tannic finish. Nicely drinkable, well balanced.
