Rich, spiced and full of character.
We started with 200 kilos of raisins, split into two treatments. Half were steamed into a thick molasses for deep sweetness, while the other half soaked in brandy, drawing out their warm boozy notes. To this we added Ceylon cinnamon and vanilla from the Comoros, bringing layers of spice and smoothness.
The result is a stout with dark fruit richness, gentle brandy heat and a soft finish that stays with you.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, rye, oats, spelt, wheat, smoked malt, golden syrup, coffee, vanilla, hops, vegetarian bacon flavouring (contains milk and soy), yeast.

Can @ gunnfryd. Dark brown body with almost no head. Aroma has dark malt, red berries and alcohol. Taste is very sweet malt, raisins, rum, cinnamon, chocolate and alcohol. Quite extreme and silly, but made in way that actually works. Interesting and not bad at all.

Can from Kvickly Odder @ Home. Pours black with a creamy brown head, lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, chocolate, light dark fruit, spices, cinnamon. Flavor is sweet, light spiced, roast malt, caramel, chocolate, dried fruit, rum. Medium to full body, soft carbonation, sweet spiced finish. 260126
