Draft at Cosme, 10/26/16. Clear golden pour, pretty much no head or lace. Spice, dust, grains, and a bit of funk. Corn notes as well. Clean, drinkable beer. Way overpriced, but otherwise it's alright. Kinda like the food it's made to pair with.

Some light hay like bitterness is the dominant characteristic here. Pours golden with OK head and lacing. Light bitter finish. Easy drinking and pleasant. Tap at pizza paradiso.

On draft at Pizzeria Paradiso DuPont Circle. Pours a clear pale gold with an off white head. Light lemon nose. Flavors of chamomile and bubblegum. Smooth clean finish.

Draft at Parsdiso Dupont. Clear pale yellow color, thick white head with decent retention and solid lacing. Aroma if funky and dusty haystacks, lemons just starting to turn. Taste is funky straw and citrus. Easy drinking.
