Draft pour at Bottleworks. Reddish brown pour with a swirl foam head. Sour heavy aroma with berry and a slight vinegar. Thick body with a huge sour up front. Smooths out to a more sweet mixed berry. Lingering semi sour coating mouthfeel. Excellent sour for sure. I feel like I won’t find this again for a long time, so I’m happy to try it.

Draft at Bottleworks. Cant believe this is available in the States. Completely flat pour. Aroma has a little sweet vanilla barrel, one lightly acetic cherry, which is nicely buffered by the barrel. Flavor is less barrel and less acetic. The mouthfeel is actually very nice for despite the lack of carbonation. Zinger of sour kick at the end. Cool experience, not necessarily something I need to seek out again. I guess there is a reason they blend this beer.
