With Crépuscule, we've recreated a saison just for you and your taste buds! Crépuscule is a beautiful blonde beer, dry on the palate with subtle spicy and floral notes, perfect for quenching your thirst on a terrace, with a good meal, or atop a terril at sunset. The all-malt beer (100% barley malt) and local hops (from Belgium) provide a light bitterness as well as lovely spicy and floral notes on both the nose and palate. The classic diastaticus yeast used in saisons gives Crépuscule its dry and refreshing character and also helps to enhance the aromas and flavours imparted by the hops.

75cl bottle from Noz. Pours a slightly unclear golden blonde, overly large fluffy white head. Mild saison yeast nose. Gently sweet saison overall.. fairly pedestrian, medium bodied, gentle bitterness, fine for an evening pint.
