Triangulation is a series of occasional or one off beers made with single-origin grain, single origin hops and Venus, our house yeast. [...] Triangulation I marries brioche and wholemeal breadcrumb with layers of juicy hops and fruity fermentation flavours: sweet fruits, berries, citrus, stonefruit, and pine with a refreshingly firm, bitter finish.
Made with Sea Otter barley, developed from 1970s English Maris Otter seed by Jason Cotter at Tuerong Farm (Vic) , dryland-grown in Central West NSW in 2024, and malted by Voyager (NSW). Certified Sustainable Beedelup and Centennial hops from Ryefield (NSW) , Bendigo water and Venus, our vibrant house yeast.

Can. Misted golden amber with a fading white head. Gentle peach and berry bubblegum aroma with bread and buns. Really opens up upon a swig, with soft bready malt, lots of peach, some berries and citrus tied together with peppery bitterness. They've tried to make something alive and a bit intriguing and have.
