Reinvent the mojito with fresh rosemary and the tart, refreshing citrus of this dry mead. Sit back, relax, and sip on a glass of herbs and sweetness. This honey wine pairs well with weekends, barbecues, and cherishing the little things.

8oz pour at Izakaya in DC. Pours a clear, deep gold, zero head, a bit of legginess. Nose has honey, some apple wine/ice cider, some white grape notes, some lurking herbaceousness. Flavor hits with the sweet notes, honey, some butterscotch, some vanilla, white grape, ice cider, lemon, mild rosemary, mild lavendar. Tannic, sticky finish.

Bottle. Poured a clear, almost still, perhaps a little haze. Aroma was herbla - lots of rosemary notes. Sweetness and floral notes. Flavor was a touch oak, with herbs, and some dry character. Actually pretty tasty, though you better like rosemary.
