Our sixth anniversary beer is here! This one is very exciting for us. First Press was an all stout blend, 50 gallons of that blend was re- barreled to be used in Second Press, solera style. Each anniversary blend swapped out one stout barrel for a barleywine/barleywine adjacent barrel. The re-barreling of 50 gallons, for solera blending, has continued each year as well. Sixth Press is all barleywine and it is stunning.
