12 ounce bottle from Woodman's Appleton, who risked a lawsuit to bring me this beer. 1/14/20. This single clearly came from a six pack that had a busted bottle. I know that because there was a shard of glass still stuck the beer that actually cut me. Yes, I have shed blood for this beer.... with cherries. And to see that 31 percentile rating makes it seem like my sacrifice may be in vain. Medium brown, thin foamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of tootsie rolls and cherry. Taste is chocolate, cocoa, mild cherry. Thin. On the verge of artifical but not there. Could be great but needs some work.

Bottle pours out brown topped with a tan head. Nose is big sweet cherries and chocolate. Taste is pretty much artificial cherry candy with chocolate syrup all over the place.

bottle - Amber pour. Smells of chocolate and cherries. The sweet flavor is more chocolate and cherries, as advertised, and as others have said the cherry flavor seems artificial though I don’t think it’s too bad. The underlying beer is on the thin side. It’s not bad but I’d like to see a bolder beer to go with the added flavors.

Draft at brewery. Oh. My. God. One of the worst, artificial, waste of time beer s I have ever had. Just the most disgusting cherry flavor with a weird artificial chocolate plastic flavor. Face slap.

12 oz twist off bottle, part of the World Market winter 9 bottle mix pack, courtesy of my in-laws. The pour is light haze copper brown with a 1/2 inch off white head that falls fast. The aroma is dusty sweet cocoa and cherry fruit sweet. The cherry fruit is almost a cherry candy. The taste is dull caramel malt along with the cocoa powder and cherry sweet. Cherry is a bit unnatural though not unclean tasting. The palate is medium bodied with soft carbonation and the sweet cherry cocoa finish. Overall, this beer is as advertised.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, bottled on 11/18/2013. Pours slightly hazy ruby brown color with a 1-2 finger dense light khaki head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a large amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of milk chocolate, cocoa, cherry, cherry skin, fudge, caramel, wheat, brown bread, herbal, and toasted earthiness. Nice aromas with good balance of chocolate fudge and cherry notes with moderate malt presence; and good strength. Smells like a tootsie roll. Taste of milk chocolate, cocoa, fudge, cherry, cherry skin, caramel, brown bread, wheat, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of chocolate, cocoa, cherry, brown bread, wheat, herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a short bit. Okay flavor balance with moderate chocolate and cherry flavors and prominent wheat/bread malt; with decent robustness and no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium bodied; with a lightly creamy, smooth, and fairly crisp mouthfeel that is okay. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming present after the finish. Overall this is an okay flavored wheat beer. Aromas were quite nice, but flavors did not have much robustness of the chocolate/cherry notes. Kind of an odd beer at first, but I had no problem finishing it.
