Blend of 1,2,3 years old lambic with Barbera grapes from Piëmonte in Italy. The blend is a collaboration with our friends from La Carlina Winery near Alba. This blend had no second fermentation in the bottle.

0,75l bottle at home. Deep Red color, no head. smells red wine, tannins, berry notes, minerals, spices. Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes red wine, tannins, berry notes, wood, spices. finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of red wine, tannins and berry notes. Very nice one, rather tannic, but very good balance
